Book Review: The Lucky Few

I really, really liked this book. But…I didn’t review it in time. Then ALA came and went, and now I am sitting here and I don’t think I remember enough to write a coherent review. Things I liked: ~The writing-This is definitely a character-driven novel. Yeah, there’s a plot, but I think whether or not you like this is going to depend on your attachment to the characters. Book Review: The Water and the Wild

As you probably know by now, I am trying really hard to read a good portion of middle grade this year. Every year I say I want to read more and then I Just get sidetracked and don’t do it. Now the middle grade books are REALLY stacking up on my shelves, plus I requested a good portion from publishers this year. I have committed myself and I intend to follow through.
