Great Endings is a feature here at Great Imaginations. Instead of doing weekly Stacking the Shelves posts, we’re going to be doing a monthly wrap-up on the last Saturday of every month. This will open up the weekends for more posts from us, and is also another way to bring the four of us together in one post – which is one of our favorite parts of co-blogging! Great Endings will include our book hauls, past posts, challenge updates, and more.
Hi, hi, HI! I’m actually in a really good mood today because tomorrow is Dan’s last day of school, and in less than two weeks I will have Christina and Lyn here for ALA. I am so excited to see some of my friends again! Other than that, May was pretty dull. I’ve been reading a lot, playing World of Warcraft a lot, and finishing up edits so I could begin my vacation. I will not go back to work until July, and I am thrilled about it. I have worked pretty much nonstop since last July–even on weekends–and I am ready to take a will deserved break.
I’m not sure what I did for the month. I took my friend to a concert with a hologram, enjoyed Memorial day, and went to an 80s sing along. I’ve basically been trying to keep my head above water and keeping my eyes on the goal to try to make it while I figure out what I can do to get myself back on track. June is my birthday, and the trip to Florida, and some major things happening at work, so I am hoping to have something more here next month.
OMG I AM BACK ON SOCIAL MEDIA. It’s finally the holidays. I’ve been pretty busy with school, thanks to exams, such that I don’t even have time to read, much less come online! I miss the GI girls 🙁 HAHA but yes, May has been quite hectic, with assignments and exams, and I do hope that I do well for the exams. It’s the first time ever that I actually studied super hard, like NON-STOP. Anyway, on the family, my mom kinda got hospitalized awhile. Again. And again, she refused to be admitted and hence she was discharged within a week or so. It kinda worries me, because she’s not getting any better. I’m hoping she’ll at least learn to rest at home, but noooo, she walks around like she’s the most healthiest chick ever. Smh. Anyway, I’m looking forward to June because I have TONS of blog posts, and it’s fasting month, so I’m pretty sure I’ll die slowly HAHHA jkjk. BUT. Food……..
School school and more school. There’s my update.
Lol. No seriously. I don’t think I’m THAT boring. But that’s basically been my life the last month. A bunch of studying, a bunch of assignments and tests, and working my tail off. Oh! I did get a new tattoo so there’s that. I unfortunately don’t have a pic on the computer to show it off here but if you have me on Twitter, then you can see it there. 🙂
Not much else going on really. I’m almost sure things are going to quiet a bit later in the summer for me so that I can read more and blog more. I’m already able to interact more often on social media again and that’s such a relief. Lol. Hope everyone is well!

They are photographed on top of a board game called Tokaido, which is basically the coolest board game I have ever played. It’s like the game of Life, but with more strategy, and in Japan. I highly recommend it. Dan and I have had a lot of fun with it. Great purchase.
