Stacking the Shelves #5

Posted June 16, 2012 by Kara in Stacking the Shelves / 20 Comments

Welcome to Stacking the Shelves #4!! Stacking the Shelves is a weekly meme hosted by Tynga at Tynga’s Reviews

This week I didn’t buy anything, but I did get a few review books in the mail. Fortunately, they are all books I requested or really want to read. I thought about doing a vlog, but I decided against it because it’s so much work. I didn’t want to do my hair and put all my makeup on. Being high maintenance sucks.  LOL! And you don’t want to see me without that, trust me. So I took a picture of my books instead.

For Review:

Relapse (The Vs. Reality Series #2) by Blake Northcott-from the author (Thanks, Blake!).

The Darkest Minds by Alexandra Bracken-Thanks to Grace Fonseca at Books of Love.

Crewel (Crewel World #1) by Gennifer Albin-Thanks to MacKids.

That’s it for this week. If you leave me a link to your posts, I’ll try to come and comment.

  1. I’m so jealous of Crewel! I requested it, too, but I don’t know if it’ll actually come. I still have to read the Vicious Deep, though, before reading the Darkest Minds. Also, not getting a lot of books is good so you can catch up on all your books! 🙂 I hope you enjoy!

Check out my Stacking the Shelves!

Those all sound so great! I really want to read Crewel! Darkest Minds sounds really awesome too. I haven’t read the first VS Reality. I just bought it for my nook. It wasn’t available for nook last I checked, but I just went and there it was!!

  3. Small, but incredibly awesome, haul. 😀 I’m crazy excited for The Darkest Minds and Crewel–they sound kind of incredibly fantastic, and though I haven’t heard much on them, what I HAVE heard is awesome.

Also, you must vlog next week. MUST.

  4. I started Crewel, but I’m reading it on my computer, which I sometimes find difficult to do, Twitter is do darn distracting!
Have a great week, enjoy your books can’t wait to hear your thoghts on Crewel, it’s an orginal read, that’s for sure. 🙂

  5. A small but lovely book haul indeed! I am SO excited for Crewel and can’t wait to hear what you think about it 🙂 I haven’t heard much about the other two, so I’ll have to check them out on GR.

Hope you enjoy all your lovelies and that you can make a dent in your TBR pile 😉 Happy weekend!
